School and Trees is a non profit organization in Kinyateke, Uganda. Their main focus is growing minds and growing trees. This small non-profit is having a big impact on this community. They have a nursery where they grow tree starts and give them out to the local villagers. As these trees grow they provide much needed shade, wood and fruit. They also run a school to help the local village children to grow their minds and expand their opportunities to learn.
School and Trees is hiring a Village Drill crew to dig a well for their school. The school already has a large water tank in place to catch rain water and this new deep water well will allow the children to have access to clean water all year round. WHOlives is donating almost half of the cost for this well and providing an interest free loan on the balance. This partnership will allow the school to have access to clean water now, and pay for the well over the next 10 months. Please help us to raise the needed funds for this great project.
