Before a Village Drill team drills a well, a health survey is completed. Here is the report from the village.
Tororo, Uganda is a community with three schools and about 1,200 students. The water source is a stream located about 2 km away. The community reported an average of 3 hours spent each day collecting contaminated water, which results in about $30 per family each month in water related medical bills. They reported that children are missing 10-15 days of school each month due to stomach sicknesses.
