Mission Destiny Community has 2,000 children in 4 seperate schools that are collecting swamp water 1.5 km away for their daily needs. The villagers are losing about $20 each month due to missed work days from stomach illnesses. The average village income is $2 per day, or $60 per month. This is a significant loss of income from water related illnesses.
