The Liahona High School villagers are collecting water from streams and through rain water catchment systems. Students are spending about 2 hours each day walking to and from the stream. On average 10 students are missing school from water related stomach illnesses.
The Liahona High School well project is off to a great start with a donation of 5,000 liter water tank by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. ABC Drillers are using the Village Drill to make the borehole and cap with an electric pump using the water tank donation.
Consider supporting these high school students with clean water.
